Back from Vacation!

We had a great time on our vacation! We left on Thursday and made our way to Lincoln City, OR. We stayed there till Wednesday. We ate ice cream, the kids skim boarded, I read on the beach, we all got too much sun, we ate wonderful seafood, and we SHOPPED!!! We also went to Newport and went to the Oregon Coast Aquarium. It was fun!

On Wednesday we headed up to Seaside. We stopped many places along the way. We ventured to Pacific city, where the sites are beautiful. We stopped by a few lighthouses, took TONS of pics! Went to the Tillamook cheese Factory (where they make the actual cheese!) And of course HAD to get some ice cream and pepperoni sticks!

Went through Cannon Beach, Rockaway, Manzanita , all the while, stopping and taking a ton of pics! All in all, I took over 450 pics!!! Thank goodness for digital cameras and laptops!!!! We finally made it to Seaside and the kids were driving me NUTS!!! Seaside was beautiful as always, kids rode the bumper cars and went swiming. We watched a fantastic sunset!

On Friday, we went up North and went to Fort Stevens and Fort Clatsop!!! Wow what amazing sites! We've been there before, but it never seizes to amaze me! Just thinking of all that history makes me get weepy!!! Im all sentimental about history! Went up to Astoria and saw that beautiful bridge of theirs!!! Amazing sight!!

All in all, we had a great trip, but im SOOOOOO glad to be home!!!
